I want to add it to my Quicken Classic so that transactions download just like they do for my other accounts, including 2 credit card accounts. Quicken says “Looking for your accounts at Synchrony”, but then says your login info is incorrect. I contacted “quick answers” about the problem and receive the answer that Synchrony and Quicken are not set up for downloading transactions. I am pin-up casino india trying to connect my new CareCredit card to Quicken. Any idea what’s really wrong and why it’s Synchrony and how I can convince them to fix it short of canceling the new card before the promotion runs out?
