What does the Platitude ‘He Sees Us’ Shown at Super Bowl 57 even Mean?
Generation Z is not that gullible…
Generation Z is leaving mainstream religion in droves.
A massive media campaign currently SCREAMS to bring them back.
Reasons given for this exodus blame out-of-step doctrine vs current lifestyles realities.
- That religion is no longer the centerpiece of life.
- That religion is irrelevant to solving life’s problems in meaningful ways.
- That today’s religion does not adhere to the teachings of the Christ they claim to represent.
Amen.
I am not anti-religion — I am anti-hypocrisy religion that uses empty fodder to mislead. Because it presents deceitful twisted intent, to sell their hidden agenda; their underlying premise to the unsuspicious.
And with crossed fingers, hoping Generation Z is naïve, blind, downright stupid, and utterly gullible.
I offer two insulting reasons:
Platitudes (common generalizations) devoid of substance.
I hear this all the time. Whenever an incident happens or a questionable narrative, some religions attempt to push, but can’t explain, they resort to:
- God has a plan… But they NEVER tell you what the plan is.
- Everything happens for a reason… Covid-19 deaths, 756,135,075 confirmed cases. Excuse me, “What was the reason?”
- It was God’s will… Earthquake kills 30,000 people…, that’s God’s will?
- God works in Mysterious Ways… Bull crap!
If they are truly God’s servants, why don’t they open up the Bible and show us ANSWERS? — Instead of meaningless platitudes.
Take the current platitude: He Sees US (aired at Super Bowl 57).
“He Sees US.” What does that even mean?… Does it mean God sees us:
- Getting buried in an earthquake?
- Dying in war?
- Starving to death?
- Succumbing to a virus?
- Overdosing on Heroin?
- Watching a school massacre?
- Being denied established rights?
And if He does SEE US, what’s he gonna do about our distresses, our pain, the world’s groaning?
Tell us how God is LOVE.
Religion (those He Sees Us promoters) claims to stand for Jesus. Pretends they’re God’s representatives guiding the way with hope, enlightenment, comfort — but offer zero substance in those ads…
Digging deeper, according to this USA Today article, behind the scenes, they actually teach divisiveness, confusion, chaos, hatred disguised as religion that Jesus taught.
No wonder generation Z rejects hypocritical religion.
Hypocritical Actions
Through study and research, I believe in the Bible because I’ve learned:
There is a clear distinction between mainstream religion and what the Bible Really teaches based on the Bible itself.
As an example, this post questions ‘Platitude Hypocrisy’.
Remember, these people proclaim they represent Jesus’ message. They claim their actions are scriptural.
But offer NO scriptural proof. How does the Bible back up anything they spew?
They offer HUMAN solutions. For goodness’ sake, I can do that. You can do that. An idiot can do that. Who wants THEIR opinion?
Since they assert to represent God, we want to hear God’s solutions God’s answers… Not your political agenda.
Because often politics is behind their angle, their push, their docket that has NOTHING to do with what Jesus teaches.
Generation Z asks, “Where’s the beef?”
We’re from Missouri, show us!
As a result, Generation Z says thanks, but NO THANKS.

We’re not buying your “He Sees Us” poppycock.
